Luther Vandross was outed as gay after his death.

From Entertainment Weekly:

We’ve already reported that Lil Wayne is set to release his I Am Not a Human Being EP on September 27, his birthday. Its lead, Drake-assisted single, “Right Above It,” debuted at No. 6 on the Billboard Hot 100 singles chart yesterday. But Jermaine “Mack Maine” Preyan, the incarcerated rhymer’s Young Money label head, revealed to MTV today that the highly anticipated followup to 2008′s Tha Carter III could come just weeks after that.

Since Wayne had recorded so much music before being locked down last spring, Maine said that they plan to release Tha Carter IV on November 5, the day Wayne is released from Rikers Island.

“Tha Carter IV plans we had and still have are to put Tha Carter IV out the day he comes out,” Mack told MTV. “He had so many songs for Tha Carter IV, we said let’s just put these 10 songs out [for I Am Not a Human Being] and double back for Tha Carter IV. He has more songs for Tha Carter IV that are still strong.”
