Days after Mitt Romney spoke at the NAACP convention in Houston; conservative radio host Rush Limbaugh calls the civil rights organization an “extremist group.” These comments were made in light of the crowd’s reaction to Mitt Romney when he said he would appeal “Obamacare” during his speech at the convention. The Examiner reports:

When Mitt Romney attended the 103rd convention of the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People last week, the reaction he received was expected. During his speech, Mitt Romney was booed by the crowd when he mentioned he would repeal “Obamacare,” President Obama’s landmark health care legislation.

Following Romney’s appearance at the convention, Republicans and the right-wing media went on the attack, blasting the NAACP for their actions during Romney’s speech. While Romney did receive a polite applause when his speech was over, the conservative media already had enough to work with.
