Halle Berry was reportedly rushed to the hospital Tuesday night after an accident on the set of an upcoming film. According to TMZ, the 45-year-old actress “hit her head on concrete after taking a nasty fall” on the set of The Hive in Los Angeles around 10 pm.

Berry was rushed to Cedars Sinai Medical Center by ambulance, shortly after the film set was shut down.

According to IMDB, The Hive is a thriller co-starring Abigail Breslin and Jennifer Hudson’s fiance David Otunga, about an emergency operator who must “confront a killer from her past” in order to save a young girl’s life.

A rep for Berry tells TMZ, “Halle Berry suffered a minor head injury while shooting a fight sequence on the set of her film, The Hive. She was taken to the hospital as a precaution, but she checked out healthy and was released. She’ll continue production as planned.”
