A  community college janitor lost his job after allegedly offering a teenager “as much money as she wanted” if she would allow him to suck her toes.

According to the New York Daily News, 29-year-old Harley Joseph was fired in February, from his job as a maintenance worker at LaGuardia Community College in Queens, New York, for his conduct.

Joseph allegedly offered the high school student cash on three separate occasion if she would let him suck her toes.

The teenage girl, who was approached by Joseph with this weird request, is a student at Middle College High School, which is located on the LaGaurdia campus.

She told investigators that the  first time Joseph approached her was  in  November 2011. He  asked her for a lunch date and she declined. Then, according to investigators, the high school student was cornered and asked if she had nice feet.

Joseph then offered $100 dollars to suck on her toes and when she refused, he then offered “as much money as she wanted.”

When Joseph’s offers were repeatedly turned down, he is said to have turned violent.

Police started an investigation, but it was stopped once officers found out the janitor had already been transferred. LaGuardia Community College hires maintenance workers through a private company.

This incident highlights what may be problem in New York City’s maintenance workers privatization efforts at some colleges and universities.

The fired janitor had no comment when approached by the New York Daily News at his home.
