Model Gabriel Aubrey claims that his ex-girlfriend, Oscar winner Halle Berry, could face the same fate as Princess Diana if she moves their daughter Nahla to France. The European country is where Princess Diana was killed in 1997 following a car chase involving the paparazzi.

Berry argues that she and Nahla would be safer due to the country’s strict anti-paparazzi laws.

In France, paparazzi can not photograph celebrities who don’t want their photo taken, even if they’re out in public.

But Aubrey doesn’t agree. Aubrey dated Berry from 2005-2010. The couple has endured an extended and very public battle over their child’s custody. Berry was awarded parental rights last summer.
