ESPN’s First Take commentator Stephen A. Smith furiously took to his Twitter account yesterday to dispute an article published by The Onion, not knowing the article was fictional.  The Onion, a news satire website, published the article, “Stephen A. Smith Thinking Son Is Finally Ready For The Sex Argument,” about Smith discussing, or rather disputing the birds and the bees with a made-up 9-year-old son.

Smith’s responded via Twitter when he first came across the article.

Once realizing, or being informed that the article was written to be fiction, Smith tweeted:

While the meaning behind “on Satire” is still up in the air, it can be concluded that he finally caught on to the joke.
