Cathie Adams, former Texas GOP chair, gave a pre-election speech this November claiming that a “Marxist” President Obama needed a teleprompter “because he friend his brain on drugs.”

In a presentation at a Grassroots America We The People “Call To Action” meeting Adams repeatedly referred to the president as “Barack Hussein Obama” and claimed the president was using his “green agenda” to cover his true agenda of “Marxism,” reported Right Wing Watch.

Adams went to far as to note the way Obama “glared at Mitt Romney,” and that she was so offended she wanted to “go up and just smack his face.”

Concluding the address, Adams blamed the president for the struggling economy, and claimed that the legalization of marijuana is unconstitutional.

She questioned the voting to legalize the drug in Colorado, “And if we legalize it, will we empty out our jails and will we be safe for ever more? No. I’m telling you, Barack Hussein Obama has got to have a teleprompter because he fried his brain on drugs.”
