Anthony Mackie: 'I'd star as Batman' if Hollywood were colorblind

Anthony Mackie is currently appearing alongside Oscar winner Forest Whitaker in the psychological thriller Repentance, and up next will star as Falcon in Marvel’s highly anticipated superhero sequel, Captain America: The Winter Soldier.
In an interview with theGrio, Mackie talked about his new film and revealed his dream roles in Hollywood.
Mackie confessed that if Hollywood were colorblind he would like to star on the big screen as Batman or The Flash.
“I would like to be Batman [after Ben Affleck],” Mackie said. “I don’t think that’s gonna happen. That would be too colorblind… ridiculously blind casting.”
