After a long and nasty divorce and custody battle, it looks like Sherri Shepherd and Lamar Sally have finally reached an agreement. It looks like Shepherd will be paying child support for the child she disavowed as soon as it was born, but there’s a catch.

The agreement reportedly obligates Shepherd to pay $4,100 a month in child support, which will increase to $4,600 per month when the child turns 13.

This news may come as a shock to many, since Shepherd has maintained since the child’s birth that Sally defrauded her into getting a surrogate to have the baby in order to get her to pay child support.

The settlement agreement allows Shepherd to pursue her fraud claim, and if she wins, the child support payments will cease.

In addition, there are embryos in storage that Shepherd wants destroyed, but Sally has not yet decided. According to the agreement, if Sally does decide to take the embryos to term, Shepherd will not be obligated to pay child support.

Aside from the decisions concerning custody, the agreement also gives Shepherd the rights to her currently in-development show, Funny Mothers.
