On Wednesday, rapper Lupe Fiasco took to Twitter to announce the creation of a new nonprofit organization aimed at helping community entrepreneurs.

The organization is called the Neighborhood Start Fund and is geared toward helping communities that do not normally see the benefits of startups or venture capital, reports Billboard. They will be keeping a neighborhood focus and will begin with Brooklyn’s Brownsville neighborhood.

Entrepreneurs from that area who would like to be a part of the exciting new venture will be able to submit their ideas through October 30 and will then be given the chance to present to panels on November 13.
