Luther Vandross was outed as gay after his death.

On Wednesday, it was announced that Bill Cosby would be arraigned on one charge of aggravated indecent assault for drugging and violating Temple University employee Andrea Constand at his Pennsylvania home in 2004.

Now, another of Cosby’s accusers is speaking about the arraignment.

Model Beverly Johnson took to Twitter to express her feelings on the news, saying, “When it comes down to it, truth is simple. There is nothing that we give to others that does not come back to us in some shape or form.”

The arraignment marks the first criminal charge to be brought against Cosby, despite the fact that around 50 different women have all accused him of sexual assault. Cosby has continued to deny the allegations.

Cosby’s attorneys gave a statement to ET on Wednesday concerning the arraignment, saying:

The charge by the Montgomery County District Attorney’s office came as no surprise, filed 12 years after the alleged incident and coming on the heels of a hotly contested election for this county’s DA during which this case was made the focal point. Make no mistake, we intend to mount a vigorous defense against this unjustified charge and we expect that Mr. Cosby will be exonerated by a court of law.
