Kanye West’s former bodyguard says rapper ripped him for talking to Kim K

Luther Vandross was outed as gay after his death.

Steve Stanulis, a former NYPD cop and Chippendale’s dancer, was a bodyguard to Kanye West for a couple weeks before allegedly being fired for chatting with Kim Kardashian.  Now he’s spilling all the tea on the strange behavior he witnessed while working for West.

Stanulis said that the rapper was “the most condescending person I have ever met” and his behavior was entirely self-centered.

“I had to look after his toddler daughter once and it was so much easier than baby-sitting the father,” he said.

Stanulis’ past clients include Leonardo DiCaprio, Tobey Maguire and Alanis Morissette.

“I’ve been employed by a lot of high-end people but I’ve never worked for someone like him. He’s 10 times worse than what you see.”

On his first day, Stanulis said, he got a taste of what was to come: “We headed to his music studio. When we got into the elevator Kanye just stood there with his arms folded and said, ‘Aren’t you going to press the button?’”

When Stanulis said that he didn’t know which floor to press, “[Kanye] flipped out, squealing that his time was precious and that he couldn’t believe I hadn’t called ahead to find out which floor he worked on.”

Stanulis said it all blew up the night of the Met Gala when he asked Kardashian if their travel plans had changed as Yeezy was walking by.  That’s when the rapper allegedly flew into a rage and fired him.

“I had no intention on hitting on Kim Kardashian. I am happily married,” said Stanulis. “I got enough problems in the world and three young kids, so that was not my intent.”

Sources tell TMZ that Stanulis was only a temporary employee who was never fired over talking to Kim K and that everything “went smoothly” that night.

Is Stanulis just looking to make headlines or could you really see Kanye behaving this badly?  After Yeezy’s recent monologue on ‘Ellen’ we’re thinking there’s a lot more going on in Kanye West’s head than maybe the rest of us will ever understand.
