Emmys confuse Terrence Howard for Cuba Gooding Jr.
The official Twitter account for the Television Academy tweeted out a picture of Terrence Howard and incorrectly identified him as Cuba Gooding Jr.
Before the Emmys had even started, the official Twitter account for the Television Academy tweeted out a picture of Terrence Howard and incorrectly identified him as Cuba Gooding Jr.
The tweet has since been deleted, but not before the Twitterverse let the Emmys account have it for their gaffe.
It’s a mistake that hearkens back to Total Beauty’s mixup at the Oscars earlier this year, when their Twitter account mixed up Whoopi Goldberg and Oprah Winfrey.
Neither Howard nor Gooding have responded to the gaffe yet.
