Landlord caught on video having sex in tenant’s bed
A landlord in Colorado is facing felony trespassing charges after he was allegedly caught on video having sex in his tenant’s bed.
Logan Pierce and his wife both work during the day, so he was surprised to get an alert on his phone telling him that the cameras at his home had picked up noise, according to KKTV.
That was how Pierce discovered that his landlord, Carlos Quijada of the Skyway Condominiums in Colorado Springs, had let himself into their home to have sex on their bed.
“I opened up the camera and kind of had to like quit the program and like restart it again because I didn’t really believe what I saw,” Pierce recalled.

He reopened the footage a second time and realized that he had to do something. “I guess the first thing that went through my mind was like complete and utter disbelief,” Pierce admitted. But then he called up his wife and told her that they had to move before explaining what had happened.
If that wasn’t bad enough, Pierce said that Quijada had used his wife’s wedding dress to clean up afterwards.
“To see how upset she immediately got because she was the one that realized that’s what that was and they just threw it back and now that’s gone because the authorities took it for DNA evidence,” Pierce said.
After calling his wife, Pierce called the police who issued an arrest warrant for Quijada on felony trespass and misdemeanor obscenity charges.
