A Public Policy Poll (PPP) released on Thursday shows that more Americans think favorably of United Airlines than they do of President Donald Trump.
The poll showed that 42 percent of Americans, when asked to choose between Trump and United, prefer United, while 40 percent choose Trump. Of those polled, 18 percent said that they were undecided between the two options.
That same poll found that 52 percent of Americans have an unfavorable view of the president, as compared to 43 percent who have a favorable view of him.
The poll comes as United is facing a PR nightmare after a man was dragged off an overbooked flight, becoming bloodied in the process, and a scorpion fell out of an overhead bin onto a man’s hair on another flight.
