Rihanna’s heckling and dabbing steals NBA finals spotlight

Game One of the NBA Finals was Thursday, but the story eclipsing the big night was one fan in the audience heckling the other team: none other than Rihanna.

Rihanna, who is a big LeBron James fan, was sitting courtside and clearly trying to throw the Warriors’ Kevin Durant off his game as she shouted at him, at one point shouting “brick” his way as he stared at her following a free throw.

She also stood up from her seat during the fourth quarter and bowed to James. When a Warriors fan asked her to sit down, she decided to dab instead.

Late in the fourth quarter, Durant could be seen looking Rihanna’s way after he drained a three-pointer from the right side of the court, though considering the fact that he had a game-high 38 points, it doesn’t look like Rihanna’s heckling had any effect on the Warriors star.

When Durant was asked if he looked back at Rihanna on purpose after the shot, his teammate, Stephen Curry, shook his head and answered for him: “Don’t get in that trap.”

“I don’t even remember that,” Durant said. “I’m cool. Have fun with that.”
