On Thursday, October 22 at 7pm, audiences across the country will be able to see Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater on the big screen, in a production called Lincoln Center at the Movies: Great American Dance.

The piece, which was filmed before a live audience, includes “Chroma” by Wayne McGregor, “Grace” by Ronald K. Brown, “Takademe” by Robert Battle, and of course, Alvin Ailey’s American masterpiece “Revelations.” It will be shown on around 400 screens nationwide.

In addition to the stunning dances, the Matthew Diamond-directed film features behind the scenes peeks as well as exclusive interviews.
