Three 'starving' dogs found in Memphis man's yard

Three pit bulls have been found in the yard of Ronadall Lomax, 48, in Memphis malnourished, chained and in very poor condition, ActionNews 5 reports. The dogs were deprived of water and were ridden with multiple flea bites.

Two of the dogs had to be euthanized and the third was placed with a local pit bull rescue group.
Lomac has been charged with multiple counts of animal cruelty and his bond is set at $100. The dogs did not belong to Lomax.
