A 29-year-old Mississippi man is free on $10,000 bond Tuesday after being charged with raping a woman at the 28 Payson Road home in Foxboro, Mass., according to the Sun Chronicle. James Roberts pleaded not guilty during an Aug. 25 arraignment.
