NBC Philadelphia – Police say a teenager is responsible for spray-painting vulgar language and racial slurs on several cars and homes in a historically black southern New Jersey neighborhood.
Racist graffiti, including the N-word, was found on homes and cars in the Saddlertown section of Haddon Township on May 13. The graffiti was painted on at least two homes, two cars and the street, according to residents.
The neighborhood was founded by a former slave in the 1850s and was a stop on the Underground Railroad for escaped slaves.
