Gunman in shootout hangs himself in jail

Police arrested Shekinah Williams, 28, in connection to a shoot out in Philadelphia that left 45-year-old mother, Clarice Douglas, caught in the crossfire. NBC 10 Philadelphia reports Williams hanged himself last night.

Police say the man arrested Sunday for allegedly engaging in a gun battle that left a 45-year-old mother dead hanged himself in prison overnight,according to the Philadelphia Inquirer.

They say it seems he used a T-shirt to hang himself, reports the Inky.
