In a recent interview with The Morning radio talk show that aired on WGAN, conservative rocker Ted Nugent said, “Trayvon [Martin] got justice.”
The musician went on to call the late 17-year-old a “gangsta wannabe” who had a “bloodthirst,” reports Bangor Daily News.
Nugent also said that Martin showed racism because he called George Zimmerman a “cracka.”
Martin was shot and killed by Zimmerman. Zimmerman was charged with second-degree murder and plead not guilty, arguing self-defense. He was acquitted last month.
Nugent’s comments last month made headlines when he called Martin a, “17-year-old dope smoking, racist gangsta wannabe.”
In an op-ed published on WND website, Nugent questioned why Martin allegedly “attacked” Zimmerman:
Why the nasty ‘creepy a– cracker’ racism and impulse to attack? Where does this come from? Is it the same mindless tendency to violence we see in black communities across America, most heart-breakingly in Chicago pretty much every day of the week?
