VIDEO - St. Petersburg, Florida Police are looking for thieves accused of stealing a car from a church parking lot with a baby inside.
ST. PETERSBURG, Florida — St. Petersburg Police are looking for thieves accused of stealing a car from a church parking lot with a baby inside.
On Sunday afternoon around 2:15 p.m., police say Shekeya Gibson and N’Dia Knight were unloading tables and chairs from their Toyota Highlander at a local church.
They left their car unlocked and keys in the ignition with Gibson’s 10-month-old baby girl, Xenobia, in a car seat inside the vehicle.
What happened next is every parent’s nightmare.
