A mother and her live-in boyfriend were accused of renting the woman’s two daughters, one 14 and the other an adult, out for sex, according to the Riverside County Anti-Human Trafficking Task Force.

Antwana Muhammad, 39, and boyfriend Charles Smith, 32, were being investigated for trafficking Muhammed’s 14-year-old daughter when the investigation also revealed an adult daughter being trafficked.

Smith would apparently post advertisements for the girls, while Muhammed would take them to various destinations throughout Southern California. Muhammed and Smith kept all the earnings from the prostitution business.

Muhammed and Smith were both arrested on Thursday, and the girls were taken into protective custody by Child Protective Services.

The two are being held on charges of human trafficking of a minor, pandering a minor and pimping, with child endangerment charges also being sought. They are being held at the Southwest Detention Center in Murrieta with bail set at $250,000.
