Janet Jackson’s first album in seven years is coming to us at us October 2, but in the meantime, here’s a new single to help take the edge off the wait!
The single, “Unbreakable,” will be the second single off of the album of the same title that Jackson has released, after “No Sleep” was dropped in June.
The single was released Thursday on Ebro Darden’s Beats 1 radio show.
According to Jackson’s website, her new album will be a very personal one.
“The album also will mark the first time Janet Jackson has opened up about her brother Michael and with reflections concerning her youth,” a statement on the site reads. “Inherent in this music will be her feelings that we must learn to celebrate life and the things each of us experiences and endures and how that process can make each person stronger.”
