Jimmy Fallon and the good folks over at 'The Tonight Show' decided to celebrate the record-breaking series Empire with an original digital spoof.
Jimmy Fallon and the good folks over at The Tonight Show decided to celebrate the record-breaking series Empire with an original digital spoof.
Tuesday night, Fallon turned The Tonight Show into a Jimpire, featuring the Emmy-nominated talk show host playing Juicy Jim, on the search for a successor to his comedy prom king throne.
“I might not be around forever, what with my finger being in the condition it’s in…” he says, while attempting to decide between Questlove, Tariq “Black Thought” Trotter or Dion Flynn (aka Andre) to succeed him as host.
The 10-minute parody features appearances from Terrence Howard, Taraji P. Henson and Donald Trump and manages to feature references to Empire‘s hit song “Drip Drop” and Cookie’s famous phrase “Boo Boo Kitty.”
