A Florida man has been charged after trying to hide over $1,000 in drug money in his own rectum.

According to the Marion County Sheriff’s Office, Pattreon Stokes, 26, was pulled over early on Saturday morning. The deputy who pulled him over reportedly smelled marijuana coming from inside the car. Stokes also had a 7-month-old child in the car at the time.

When the deputy searched the car, the following was found: 197 grams of methamphetamine, rock cocaine and 4 grams of heroin, a scale, a small amount of marijuana and a good deal of money.

However, deputies later arrived to get the money, and Stokes claimed that it had already been taken. That was when the officers noticed that $20 bills were coming out of his backside, and as the Marion County Sheriff’s Office described on Facebook, the deputies proceeded to retrieve it.

“After a necessary but undesirable process for everyone involved, MCSO Detention Deputies located $1,090.00 in U.S. currency hidden in Stokes’ rectum. Judging from Stokes’ mug shot, he looks pretty “bummed” about the whole situation…” the Facebook post read.

Stoke has since been charged with a litany of charges, including: smuggling contraband into a detention facility, trafficking methamphetamine, trafficking heroin, possession of cocaine with the intent to sell, manufacture or deliver, possession of marijuana and possession of drug equipment.
