Don’t call him ‘Diddy’: Sean Combs Changes His Name…Again
The hip-hop mogul just can't seem to stick to one name.

The name ‘Diddy’ is dead.
Sean Combs announced that he is changing his name to Brother Love.
The music mogul gifted himself a new name for his 48th birthday which he spent on a beach in Miami.
“I have some very serious news,” he said in a video posted to Twitter. “I’ve been praying on this and… I knew it was risky, ’cause it could come off as corny to some people, (but) I decided to change my name again.”
He went on to explain his reasoning and announced his new nickname.
“I’m just not who I am before. I’m something different. So my new name is Love a.k.a. Brother Love. I will not be answering to Puffy, Diddy, Puff Daddy, or any of my other monikers but Love or Brother Love,” he said.
