Restaurant owner Donald Crump has been accused of choking a woman because she complained that her fries were cold.
Last week, Crump, of Crumpy’s Hot Wings in Memphis, Tenn., argued with Rinesha Moore over her order, and Moore said that the argument escalated to the point that Crump choked her.
“The man came from around the counter and strangled me,” Moore told WMC Action News. “He deserves a punishment for doing this to a woman.”
However, Crump told WREG that the fries were cold because Moore was late picking up her order.
He claimed that she was the one to become violent, throwing her food to the ground and swinging at him, so that he had to grab her and force her into a corner.
Crump has since been booked on charges of aggravated assault.
