Black Man stops naked gunman at a Waffle House in Nashville
Nashville police are on the lookout for a gunman after he shot and killed four people at a Waffle House and then ran naked around the neighborhood. Twenty-nine-year-old suspect, Travis Reinking’s killing spree was stopped by James Shaw Jr. who was a customer at the restaurant when the shooting began. Shaw managed to tackle Reinking and get the AR-15 out of his hands.

Kanye West tweets support of Black Lives Matter hater Candace Owens
Kanye’s been offline for several months and now he’s back with a vengeance and oozing his mental eccentricity all over social media. The sad thing is Yeezy still seems to be in the sunken place. He tweeted out support for Candace Owens, a staunch conservative and vocal Black Lives Matter opponent. “I love the way Candace Owens thinks… ‘Be fearless. Express what you feel not what you’ve been programmed to think,’ ” West tweeted. He then said “get passed the past. The more people contribute to real-time global consciousness the faster we evolve.”

Colin Kaepernick receives award from Amnesty International
Colin Kaepernick has taken a few career hits, but he’s standing proud after receiving the Ambassador of Conscience Award from Amnesty International for his work on social injustice and racism. “The Ambassador of Conscience award celebrates the spirit of activism and exceptional courage, as embodied by Colin Kaepernick,” Salil Shetty, the human rights group’s secretary-general, said in a statement.
