Chance the RapperĀ has surprised fans and released a collection of four new songs!
Earlier this week, it was reported the 25-year-old wasĀ planningĀ to drop a new album before Saturday, when he performs at the Special Olympics concert in his hometown of Chicago. āIām excited for everybody to get that. Itās going to come out just in time for the Special Olympics,ā he told Greg Kot in an interview withĀ Chicago Tribune.

But the following day he rescinded via tweet, writing, āSorry no album this week, def been in the stu tho.ā
In his first track called, I Might Need Security the emcee demands the resignation of Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel, āAnd Rahm you done, Iām expecting a resignation, and open investigation on all these paid vacations for murderers.ā
He then reveals that he acquired the news and culture website Chicagoist.Ā āI bought the Chicagoist/ Just to run you racist bitches out of business,ā the Chicago native rhymes.

WNYC, a radio station that initially owned the site, confirmed the sale in aĀ statement.

Chance is currently reportedly working on aĀ full-length with Kanye West.
