Priscilla Rainey wants a judge to use any and all royalties he makes from music sales to pay what she is due after scoring a major victory in their legal battle, The Blast reports.

In her original suit, Rainey alleged she was a contestant on The Game’s VH1 reality show She’s Got Game. She claimed that during production, the hip-hop star sexually assaulted her by using force to reach inside her dress to rub her bare vagina and buttocks.

A judge was just as disturbed by the details and awarded Rainey over seven millie, the report says.

Now that The Game has allegedly slammed her on social media by saying he has no intention to pay, Rainey has hit up the court once more, asking that all royalties from his upcoming release, Born to Rap, be paid to her until the debt is settled, the report states.

Calling her a “thirsty Gatorade mascot of a transvestite,” in an Instagram post, The Game made clear that his accuser will never see $10 million or “anything close to a penny of my money,” he wrote.

In the lengthy post, he also notes that the only thing a judge has awarded “this chicken” is a “chance to afford a lifetime supply of lace front hair glue.”

Meanwhile, according to court documents, Rainey notes that he still owes her $7,254,123.18 on the court judgment, so she is asking for “a judge to assign her all rights, title, and royalties to any money or payments owed to The Game,” The Blast writes in a separate story.

She accuses The Game of living up to his IG vow of not paying a single dime on the judgment and refusing to turn over his financial records.
