Election officials in every state find no evidence of voter fraud
Both Republicans and Democrats say no voter fraud or other issue could change the outcome of the 2020 election.
Outgoing President Donald Trump’s claims of voter fraud have been debunked by election officials in every state in the union.
Both Republicans and Democrats alike have reported no evidence of widespread voter fraud or other irregularities that could change the outcome of the 2020 presidential election.
The New York Times claims the iconic newspaper reached out to officials in every state through interviews and supplied statements that tell the exact opposite story. Election authorities nationwide report “remarkable success despite record turnout and the complications of a dangerous pandemic.”
One Republican secretary of state, Frank LaRose of Ohio, decried “a great human capacity for inventing things that aren’t true about elections.” He noted that “for some reason, elections breed that type of mythology.”

A Democratic state leader in Minnesota was even more clear: “There was no fraud.”
The Times story says that after reaching out to 45 states, officials reported no major voting issues.

“No active lawsuit even alleges, and no evidence presented so far has shown, widespread problems,” reminded Rhoades.
The state officials’ findings have not swayed the Trump campaign. They have filed seven lawsuits in Pennsylvania and plan to announce another suit in Michigan.
“We have not seen any evidence of fraud or foul play in the actual administration of the election,” Jake Rollow, a spokesman for Michigan’s Democratic secretary of state, Jocelyn Benson, told The New York Times. “What we have seen is that it was smooth, transparent, secure and accurate.”
