Bobby Brown broke his silence Monday following the tragic loss of his daughter Bobbi Kristina.

“Krissy was and is an angel. I am completely numb at this time,” the 46-year-old said in a statement released by his lawyer, according to People. “My family must find a way to live with her in spirit and honor her memory. Our loss is unimaginable.”

“We thank everyone for the prayers for Krissy and our family as we mourn my baby girl,” the singer added.

Bobbi Kristina Brown died at the age of 22 in an Atlanta-area hospice care facility. The young daughter of the late singer Whitney Houston was found unresponsive in her bathtub on January 31 and never regained consciousness.

Bobbi Kristina’s financial conservator filed a $10 million lawsuit against her boyfriend, Nick Gordon, last month, alleging he stole money and was physically abusive.
