We’ve all seen this picture. Teenagers — urban, suburban, white, black, Latino — wearing jeans so low their butts meet us at the bus stop, in the mall, the supermarket, walking down the street.
A group I talked with recently says adults like me and probably many of you are making much ado about nothing. Oh, really?
