GOP candidate hints White House ‘wanted’ leak

Yet another BP conspiracy theory has leaked — this time from Bill Randall, a Republican candidate competing in a primary race for North Carolina’s 13th district House seat.

During a campaign speech, Randall, who is backed by the Tea Party, made accusations against the Obama administration and BP, expressing outrage at the way the spill has been handled.

“I don’t think enough investigation has been done…where BP proposed to do a process or procedure that violated all safety…and the federal government signed off on it!”

Randall described what he sees as “some sort of collusion” between the White House and BP with regards to the oil spill disaster and eventually suggested, “maybe they wanted it to leak.”
