From: The Chicago Sun Times railroad engineer and Army veteran who was about to be evicted from his home brought a loaded handgun in his briefcase to a Monday foreclosure hearing, authorities said.
Thomas Pridgeon, 48, of the 7300 block of South Laflin, was given $100,000 bail Tuesday after he was charged with unlawful use of a weapon, Cook County Sheriff Tom Dart’s office said.
