A 22-year-old woman faces child abuse and driving without a license charges, after her toddler niece fell out of her moving vehicle and she claimed that she was totally unaware of the incident.

Patricia Denard had a total of four children in her SUV, between the ages of 10 months and 5 years old. According to police reports, the Mom, who has an inordinately long history of driving violations and several bench warrants, only had the 10-month in a child-restraining seat. Two of the children in the SUV belonged to Denard and the others were a niece and nephew.
