Pepper spray shuts down high school basketball brawl

A massive fight broke out in the stands at a high school basketball game in Baltimore, Maryland Friday night.

Fans of both teams, Baltimore City College High School and Edmondson-Westside High School, sitting together in the stands, couldn’t take the taunting any longer after one team built a 14-point-lead.

Officers rushed into the stands with pepper spray to break it up.

The game was called off as people left the gym coughing because of the pepper spray.

There were no reported injuries and no reports of anyone charged with a crime.
