The Philadelphia Police are searching for a woman who they believe kidnapped her 9-year-old daughter.

On Monday, around 4:50 p.m., police responded to a radio call for a missing child. They were soon met by the child’s father who told police that his daughter, Lamoyer Leaks, did not return home from school that day.

Around 9:40 p.m., 30-year-old Mytria Dickerson allegedly called the police and told them that she had Lamoyer and would not return her to her father.

Mytria is Lamoyer’s biological mother. Police say that the father has legal custody of the girl however.

Police also say that this isn’t the first time Lamoyer has gone missing. Mytria allegedly took Lamoyer and left the state twice before.

Police also believe that Mytria may be accompanied by her sister, 32-year-old Deschell Dickerson.

Lamoyer stands at 5-foot-1 and weighs 65 pounds. She has a light complexion, hazel eyes and micro braids in her hair. She was last seen wearing a blue shirt, dark blue pants and a black hooded shirt with a multi-colored patch.

Mytria stands at 5-foot-4 and weighs 160 pounds. She has a medium brown complexion, black shoulder length hair and visible tattoos on her body.

Deschell stands at 5-foot-5 and weighs 170 pounds. She has a light complexion, black hair in a ponytail and a visible mole on her face near her left eye.

The Police are asking anyone with information on the whereabouts of Lamoyer, Mytria or Deschell to call the Northwest Detective Division 215-686-3353.
