Cincinnati Bengals linebacker Dhani Jones is sharing his new experiences during the NFL off season and lockout. Jones is the author of the new book “The Sportsman”.
The book, subtitled, “Unexpected Lessons from an Around-the-World Odyssey” talks about the linebacker’s experiences as a world traveler to more than 70 countries.
Jones said he goes by a value system.
“Life is about passion,” Jones said. “I chose to travel, I chose to experience all the different cultures that are around the world and communicate that back to people who may not have that opportunity.”
He said he encourages people to go out and get passports, travel and experience new people.
“It’s about branching out and seeing what the world has to offer,” he said.
