A Florida mother is in jail after police caught her riding in the back of a pickup truck with her baby strapped in a stroller next to her.

Keyona Davis, 23, was arrested Wednesday and charged with child neglect after a Daytona Beach police officer spotted the woman with the 8-month old boy.
