Rihanna’s new single “We Found Love” is sitting comfortably at #3 iTunes charts after being released just last week.
But her new chart topping single has created a bit of controversy abroad.
The “Rude Boy” singer was in Europe Monday, filming the video for her latest song in a wheat field in Bangor, Ireland.
Alan Graham, the farmer who allowed Rihanna to film in his field, felt things were getting inappropriate after seeing the pop star first strip down and then go topless for the shoot.
“I thought it was inappropriate. I requested them to stop and they did,” Graham told the BBC. “I had my conversation with Rihanna and I hope she understands where I’m coming from. We shook hands.”

Today photos have hit the web of Barbadian born beauty dancing in Graham’s field wearing a tiny red bandanna bra which she eventually removes to perform topless.
According to reports Graham did not know who Rihanna was when he received a phone call last week asking his permission to use his field for the “We Found Love” video.
“I didn’t know who was coming. If the name ‘Rihanna’ had been mentioned, well, no disrespect but it wouldn’t have meant anything,” he explained.
Rihanna reportedly arrived to the field in a white caravan and traffic came to a halt as drivers strained to get a glimpse and snap cell phone pictures of the singer and her entourage.
Hundreds of people, including school children are also said to have gathered by the roadside to watch the impromptu performance.
Graham says that he has ethical responsibility to protect his land and Rihanna’s topless display the farmer found inappropriate.
“I wish no ill will against Rihanna and her friends. Perhaps they could acquaint themselves with a greater God,” he said.
