Controversy seems to just keep following Chris Brown. The Internet is buzzing about a photo the polarizing R&B star took with one his transgender fans. The photo has been viewed as a mea culpa for homophobic comments Brown has made in the past but despite positive feedback the pic has been removed from Brown’s Twitter account. Huffington Post reports:
Chris Brown may have courted controversy with a series of tweets last year that some deemed homophobic, but now, the R&B superstar’s decision to pose for a photograph with a transgender fan that’s heating up the blogosphere.
The photo, which has appeared on Media TakeOut, Tale Tela and Global Grind among other websites, shows the singer happily posing with the fan (you can view that photo here).
Global Grind quotes a tweet written by Brown in response as saying: “MTO!! !I have all kinds of fans that come to my shows! I respect each an every one of them!” That tweet appears to have since been removed from Brown’s Twitter account.
