Jay-Z admits he'd rather spend time with baby Blue Ivy than work on new music

Jay-Z has decided to stop making music in order to spend more time with his baby girl Blue Ivy. The rapper said in his most recent MTV interview, “I thought I would be more inspired with all the new feelings and everything that I’d have to write about [after Blue Ivy was born], but it really happened the other way. I just really want to just hang out with her.” The Huffington Post reports:

Beyoncé and Jay-Z are pretty clearly completely in love with 4-month-old baby Blue Ivy.

In two recent interviews, rapper Jay-Z made his commitment to Blue even more explicit, admitting that he’d rather spend time with his “greatest creation” than work on new music.

Speaking to MTV, the rapper said: “I thought I would be more inspired with all the new feelings and everything that I’d have to write about [after Blue Ivy was born], but it really happened the other way. I just really want to just hang out with her.”
