Best moments from the 2012 Billboard Music Awards

Last night some of the brightest stars of the music industry gathered together for the 2012 Billboard Music Awards in Las Vegas. The celebration not only acknowledged today’s chart-topping artists like Chris Brown, Lil Wayne, Wiz Khalifa and Justin Bieber, but also delivered moving tributes to artists that passed away this year including Whitney Houston, Donna Summer, and Beastie Boys founder Adam ‘MCA’ Yauch.

Cee-Lo Green reunited with the group Goodie Mob to perform their new song “Fight To Win” as well as a moving tribute to Adam ‘MCA’ Yauch. The performance featured Jean Soc, a one-legged dancer who’s part of Cirque Du Soleil’s Michael Jackson Immortal show.

Usher delivered a high energy performance of his latest single “Scream” during the awards ceremony. The singer, outfitted in a top hat and tuxedo, began with a one-on-one dance with a female dancer in an elaborate red hood. After some quick visual trickery, the dancer disappeared and turned into a male dancer that looked an awful lot like Usher himself.
