'Saved by the Bell' star Lark Voorhies denies bipolar rumors in bizarre interview (VIDEO)

In an exclusive interview with Entertainment Tonight, former Saved by the Bell star Lark Voorhies, refuted rumors that she is struggling with mental health issues.

The rumors all started last month when Voorhies and her mother Tricia spoke to People for what the actress believed would be a career update.

In the article, Tricia claimed that her daughter has been diagnosed with bipolar disorder.

Also, former co-star Dustin Diamond told the magazine that he felt Voorhies “wasn’t the Lark [he] knew” when he met with her in 2003 to record commentary for a Saved by the Bell box set.

During her interview with ET, Voorhies, 38, said she is not seeing a doctor, she is not bipolar and she does not hear voices, contrary to recent rumors.

However she began to ramble and seemed to make up words during this portion of the conversation.

“It is a small …opinionata that is getting blown currently out of proportions,” Voorhies told ET. “I have no stating reasons why anyone should worry about me. Clearly, I am a very strong, top-of-the line, always riding to it personage.”

“I have no worries myself, nor do I exude, exhibit or possess within my living stratus any reason why someone should worry [on] my behalf — it’s completely fictional.”
