In a recent interview with Billboard, singer-songwriter The-Dream revealed that Beyoncé is “definitely” planning to release new music before the February 3rd Super Bowl performance.
“She’s got her stuff going,” The-Dream added. “She took the summer to start recording, and now she’s in a place where she’s ready to start gearing up to reveal her plan.”
The Grammy Award winner’s scheduled performance at the Mercedes-Benz Superdome in New Orleans was leaked to the press in October. Beyoncé confirmed rumors when she took to her Tumblr page and released a photo promoting Super Bowl XLVII.
The new music discussions have been lingering since R&B singer Miguel tweeted a picture of himself with Beyoncé in the studio in late October. Very little is known about the tracks she plans to release.
The “Single Ladies (Put a Ring on It)” singer is also set to debut an HBO documentary on February 16, 2013. The documentary will included husband Jay-Z and daughter Blue Ivy.
