Serena Williams worked a teeny bikini on Miami Beach over the weekend.
Hot off of her big win at the French Open, she enjoyed some much-deserved down time after taking the top title spot.
The 31-year-old tennis pro, who is ranked number one in the world, kept things easy and breezy in a two-piece suit composed of a bright green bottom and a floral top. Instead of a traditional cover-up, the sports star opted for cut-off jeans shorts and a sleeveless button-up shirt with a geometric print.
“A day off. At the beach. #sohohouse #Miami,” Williams tweeted about her Saturday beach day.
Serena seemed to enjoy flaunting her impressive curves for the paparazzi, a self-confidence about her body she also expressed for her recent Essence magazine cover story.
As the guest editor of the July “Body” issues, Williams said in the piece accompanying her cover: “Before it was, ‘Serena has a big butt,’ and that was all. Now there are way more people who feel comfortable with themselves and they’re saying, ‘I’m a woman, and this is what I look like.’ I always say, ‘We’re popular now! We’re finally in style!'”
