Stacey Dash tweets support for Paula Deen

Actress Stacey Dash has always been vocal on Twitter but oftentimes her tweets can be unsettling to some of her fans.

For instance, in a tweet she published on Tuesday, the ex-Single-Ladies star weighed in on the controversy swirling around Paula Deen, the celebrity chef who has recently been under fire for her use of racial epithets, which she acknowledged in a recent discrimination lawsuit.

Her tweet read: “God does everything for a reason @Paula_Deen Only God can judge your heart BTW my daughter loves your show (only way she can get me to cook).”

Dash has ruffled feathers in the past for making statements in support of prominent white figures who are relatively unpopular in the black community.

During the past presidential election, Dash publicly announced her endorsement for Republican candidate Mitt Romney over Barack Obama.

She wrote in a tweet: “Vote for Romney. The only choice for your future. @mittromney @teamromney #mittromney #VOTE #voteromney.”

The actress also spoke out about Beyoncé and Jay-Z’s controversial trip to Cuba.

“Do you care that The Jay Z”s have taken the capital you have given them and funded a communist oppressive regime?” she tweeted.
